Shipping

Where are you located and where all the products get shipped from?

We are a retail store located in New Zealand and all the products are available in New Zealand warehouse. We dispatch the orders same day if we receive it before 2PM. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. 

 

How long will it take to get my order?

All the orders received by 2pm will be processed and dispatched same day with overnight courier. Rural and heavy items deliveries may take 1-2 days extra. To find out the delivery time frame for bulky items you can contact us. 

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Courier Post, New Zealand Courier, Post Haste for small items and for large and bulky items we use Fliway and Mainfreight. 

 

 Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do ship overseas as well but only the small items such as stationeries, computer & mobile accessories, office products, printers & inks etc.

 

Returns

What if I receive a wrong item?

We are human being and mistakes can be done. If you receive a wrong item that has been sent in error, please contact us ASAP so that we can send you a return courier label to send the wrong item back to us and the right item will be couriered to you without any delay.

 

What if my item gets faulty within the warranty period?

We offer a hassle free replacement or repair service to our clients. If your item gets any manufacturer fault you can contact our sales team they will guide you the easy process to send your fault item for the replacement or repair.

If we can't repair or provide you same product we can offer you a full refund.

 

Can I return an item that I don't need any more or an unwanted gift or ordered in error?

Yes, we are more than happy to accept the return if the item is unopened and still in its original packaging.

Returns always cost to a business so there will be a 15% restocking fee plus shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Do I get updates about my replacement or repair service?

Yes, you will be notified about the time frame of your replacement or repair of your product. Usually the replacement takes 2-5 working days if we found that your item has manufacturer fault which can't be repaired.

The repair service takes 5-7 working days.

Do you offer support if I need help?

Yes! High-quality customer support is extremely important for a quality product, that’s why we do our best to resolve any issues you may encounter.

 

What does support include?

We value our clients and you can always feel free to contact us for:

  • Installing and adjusting device over the phone.

  • bug fixing and troubleshooting

  • analysis of your use-cases and recommendations on use of the device.

 

What should I do if I need help with installation of a product that i have purchased from your company?
