Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If the item is defective or faulty and still under warranty will be accepted for replacement or credit if the technical team find the manufacturer fault in the fault assessment.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Book with obvious signs of use 
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Restocking Fee

 

If you have changed your mind or purchased a wrong product and want to sent it back we will charge a 15% restocking fee on the amount which you have paid for the item that you are returning for the credit.

 

Note: The item should be in it is original unopened packaging to be qualified for the refund.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@officeconnect.net.nz and send your item to: 511 Cameron Road Tauranga 3110, New Zealand. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or you can complete the return portal to return the product and once we receive the information we will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

We are located in New Zealand can ship nationwide. We dispatch the orders with 1-2 working days with overnight courier so you will not have to wait longer to receive your order.  

We can also ship worldwide and the shipping time for International orders is based on the location of the country. The international order are dispatched with Air Freight and can be delivered with in 7-10 working days or quicker. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For more information please contact us.

When you place an order, we will send you shipping tracking number so you can track your order. Please note that the large items such as large printers, Brackets, Cabinets, and workstation will take 2-3 working days extra to get delivered.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
